Embassy Suites By Hilton Fort Worth Downtown

Clean place and peaceful location, appreciated helpful and best staff. The pool was great and I had complimentary drinks in the lobby bar. Location: the hotel was close enough to downtown Fort Worth and bars. Everything was simply good.

location for downtown and visiting museums was great; staff was pleasant and responsive

There was no hot water in my shower the morning I departed so I missed my morning shower. Because my friend and I were leaving after breakfast I didn't bother to call; also it would be good to be able to turn on the heat in the bathroom and I found nothing that would allow that. Because I would prefer a single room without suite, this was not the most economical way for me to travel.

It would be nice to order room service anytime of the day. Everybody does not like to dine out in public but rather in the privacy of their own room. It would also be nice to have your drink options also displayed on your menu.

The courtesy of the staff was not very welcoming. On top of that that the hotel did not have my reservation and wasn't very adamant about finding it. Instead of taking my information I had to make all the phone calls to track my own reservation that should have relayed to the hotel through the site at which I made my reservation.

That parking was to expensive.

the location. Our stay coincided with Arts Market on Main St. We were well located to see that.

Some of the staff were not well informed about visiting tourist spots, e.g. did not tell us we could get a train to Dallas.

great experience but room needs more amenities

The staff greeted us warmly and had personalized touches. The cleanliness of the suite was excellent, and the bed provided an excellent night's sleep.

Room lacked some expected amenities, like a microwave.

Fun with the family. Enjoyed being able to gather in breakfast/cocktail area and adjoining patio area.

TV remote didn't work nor did its replacement. Oh well!

Given a handicap room with a shower with a nozzle, it was awful. Whirlpool had green goo on sides.

We were there to celebrate my daughter'S birthday, and the staff made it extra special.

The indoor pool and hot tub was very dirty and the heater in room was not working properly. Was very cold to sleep.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location

Our family with children enjoyed two nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were helpful, and the made-to-order breakfast with delicious pancakes and grits was a treat. The location's proximity to downtown restaurants, especially the nearby steakhouse. Pro tip, Valet service is efficient, but consider arriving early for parking.

I love the roominess of the suite

I would like for them to serve breakfast earlier on weekends. As early as weekdays. We stay there for the same conference every year and we miss breakfast on the weekend bc we have to leave so early

Super friendly staff. We had a corner 2 room suite. It was really nice and super clean. We had a great view of bass hall. The breakfast was incredible and 10 times better than your normal free breakfast. Cooked to order pancakes, omlets, eggs, sausage and bacon. It was in a great location, and we walked 1 block to Cheesecake Factory. Cheesecake Factory was delicious. Definitely would recommend this place!

Quick service and nice amenities, but the lobby is surprisingly small.
